Free Quran Chapter 77: Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)

Learn from GOD that angels run the world, they make it rain, they make sure you get food, and much more. A big problem is people believe that angels are rare, they are not. Angels are always around us. Not a single moment goes by without an angel is there to watch what you are doing. Another problem is assigning human behavior, personality and morals to the angels. For example, if you are having sexual intercourse, doesn’t that make it awkward that there are angels watching you? Well, no. It’s not awkward. Because in the angels minds they are only seeing normal human behavior. To them, it is the same as watching humans eat, or take a piss, or give birth or die. So you don’t have to feel embarrassed or worry that they will judge you. Their duty is to only record, make our physical world work as it should and to do GOD’s bidding, such as to punish you or to inspire you.

It is important to understand that this life is your only chance to apologize to GOD and to gather enough points to enter paradise. Because at the Day of Judgement, you will not be able to apologize. The whole system is based around the human mentality. For example, many argue that they will not believe unless they see GOD. Well, even if they see GOD, then that doesn’t change the person they are! They would only be believing through their eyes. However, GOD wants us to believe with every atom in us. GOD wants us to believe through understanding and logic. GOD wants us to believe through absolute truth, which is that there can only be one god, and that is GOD! Seeing GOD is not going to replace many years of hard work. Seeing GOD is not going to replace understanding and wisdom. If you think about it, all the miracles GOD has shown mankind were simply GOD’s signature to support the prophets. That’s all. It still leaves a big reason for people to disbelieve. Because, again, GOD wants only those who deserve guidance. Okay, listen carefully now, this is a funny thing that will explain GOD’s wisdom behind all this. Do you seek reasons to believe, or reasons to disbelieve? See? It is that simple. Disbelievers are always searching for reasons to disbelieve. While believers, when in doubt, always seek reasons to believe, they then get rewarded with inspiration that explains everything which then helps them be better guided to the truth. That’s how GOD’s system works. And honestly, GOD’s system is ingenious. So don’t feel sorry for disbelievers, they are suffering the consequences of their own doing.

Another thing you learn from this chapter is the importance of mountains and their many functions, for example, did you know that most naturally drinkable water comes from mountains? The mountains force winds upwards, causing rain, that rain then either runs down the mountain or freeze, and slowly melts, providing us with fresh water daily for the whole year. However, we might look at mountains and see them as just rocks, but there is so much that makes up a mountain, they are an eco-system of their own. And an imbalance can cause this wonderful ecosystem to stop producing water for us. Anyhow, this shows that GOD has provided us with the perfect solution for all our needs.

[77:19] Woe on that day to the rejectors.

[77:20] Did we not create you from a lowly liquid?*

*77:20-23 According to Langman’s Medical Embryology, by T. W. Sadler (Fifth Edition, Page 88): “In general the length of pregnancy for a full term fetus is 266 days or 38 weeks after fertilization.” Both 266 and 38 are multiples of 19 (Appendix 1).

[77:21] Then we placed it in a well-protected repository.

[77:22] For a specific period.

[77:23] We measured it precisely.* We are the best designers.

[77:24] Woe on that day to the rejectors.

[77:27] We placed on it high mountains, and provided you with fresh water to drink.

[77:28] Woe on that day to the rejectors.

[77:29] Go to what you used to disbelieve in.

[77:30] Go to a shade of three different densities.

[77:31] Yet, it provides neither coolness, nor protection from the heat.

[77:32] It throws sparks as big as mansions.

[77:33] As yellow as the color of camels.

[77:34] Woe on that day to the rejectors.

[77:35] That is the day they do not speak.

[77:36] Nor are they given permission to apologize.

[77:37] Woe on that day to the rejectors.

[77:38] This is the Day of Decision. We have summoned you and the previous generations.

[77:39] If you have any schemes, go ahead and scheme.

[77:40] Woe on that day to the rejectors.

[77:41] The righteous will enjoy shade and springs.

[77:42] And fruits that they desire.

[77:43] Eat and drink happily in return for your works.

[77:44] We thus reward the virtuous.

[77:45] Woe on that day to the rejectors.

[77:46] Eat and enjoy temporarily; you are guilty.

[77:47] Woe on that day to the rejectors.

[77:48] When they are told, “Bow down,” they do not bow down.

[77:49] Woe on that day to the rejectors.

[77:50] Which Hadith, other than this, do they uphold?
